Stumbo is the Executive Director of Pure Desire Ministries in Troutdale, OR. He was formerly the Lead Pastor at East Hills Alliance Church in Kelso, WA, where he served for fifteen years. He has authored two books, Setting Us Free and Safe: Creating a Culture of Grace in a Climate of Shame, both aimed at helping men and women in the church honor God through healthy sexuality and freedom.
