Brower is vice principal and senior research fellow in biblical studies, Nazarene Theological College-Manchester and honorary research fellow in the University of Manchester. He is the author of several books, including Holiness in the Gospels (Beacon Hill, 2005), Living as God's Holy People: Holiness and Community in Paul (Wipf & Stock, 2011), and Mark: A Commentary in the Wesleyan Tradition (Beacon Hill, 2012).
